About the Artist
Paty Sobin is a sculptor and portrait painter born and raised in the Bay Area. Since childhood Paty has been fascinated by the movement and interaction of organisms. Paty’s passion reveals the beauty of nature in motion, as seen through the intricate scales of an iguana, the peeling bark of a tree, a dog’s quivering jowls, and the veins under human skin.
